| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Paint chips very easily. I already have a number of chips from rocks on the highway. I will be getting a bra for it as soon as i can save up the $100 it costs. I also wish it came with cruse control. I would think that every car now should come stock with this. Some times the engine has a slightly rough idle after it warms up. The shop said everythign is ok and that it is probably just the normal vibration associated with the 4 cyl engine. I was comfortable with that explination. This car a more highway road noise compared to the Honda's and Toyotas but they are also more expensive.I am a very picky person and those were the only faults i could find with this car. | |
| General comments? | I test drove many cars and the Lancer was by far the best car for the money. It has a large interior and trunk. The back seat has a lot of let room for passengers. I like how it handles and has average acceleration from a stop. The acceleration is much better at highway speeds and when passing. The gas milage is also good at 24 | |
